The Deep approached Oyster as they had an opportunity to update the design and build of their website, with the aim to increase visitor numbers on the website and increase ticket sales. As a charity, a huge part of the project required us to gain an understanding of how they use their commercial offers to educate the public about marine conservation through attracting visitors to their aquarium in Hull. A project team from Oyster went on location at The Deep to meet with internal stakeholders, tour the facilities and fully get under the skin of who they are and how important their work is to the future of our oceans.
