Julia's House is a children's hospice based in Dorset & Wiltshire and delivers services throughout the counties as well as at their two hospice locations. Julia's House engaged Oyster to build them a new website to help them continue to grow their brand awareness as well as centralise a number of key systems including fundraising, events, donations and an online shop.

The Oyster team worked with the Marketing & Fundraising teams at Julia's House to fully spec their requirement and build a range of tools that met the above criteria. Each tool works seamlessly with each other and has allowed Julia's House to centralise its fundraising operations and remove reliance on third party software while reducing costs.
A key aspect of the new Julia's House website was the ability to tell the stories of their service users and share those experiences to inspire and encourage other people going through similar challenges, as well as providing the mechanics for the stories to be used in fundraising campaigns. Oyster designed a website with not only a dedicated area for service user stories but also provided opportunities for those stories to be used throughout the website, for example on Campaigns and Events pages.
