Montezuma's are a UK based chocolate brand, who create innovative and extraordinary chocolate that's enjoyed all over the world.
Oyster were commissioned to storyboard and animate a new Easter campaign, highlighting the range on offer, with a focus on the eco credentials that help make Montezuma's a market leading, sustainable brand.
We started the process by meeting with the Montezuma's team and understanding more about what makes their Easter products so special, and how far the brand has travelled to become 100% sustainable. We created an initial script and through feedback and discussion, we arrived at the final narrative for the video. The storyboard was created the ensure that final animation was on brand, and clear in its message to explain the benefits of the brand and direct consumers to buy online.
The Montezuma's values are Fun Loving, Business Done Properly and Entrepreneurial. We wanted to make sure the animation was a reflection of these values and truly reflected their brand, while still getting across their important eco credentials. The final outcome is an animation that has light and fun aesthetic but also introduces the brands eco credentials in an engaging and informative way which fully utilises their brand style.
