Bargate Homes "Park Meadow"
Park Meadow is the latest development for luxury home builder Bargate Homes who specialise in high quality homes in desirable locations in Hampshire and surrounding areas.
The brief
Park Meadow is a well-appointed development situated in Fair Oak in Hampshire. A traditional old English village with a thriving community, Fair Oak provides access to the open countryside on your doorstep. Oyster was appointed to deliver a brand for the development as well as provide imagery, copy and design and print of the brochure.
The solution
Oyster visited Fair Oak to take photos and to get insight into the village. From this visit, the team provided copy and photography and created a content plan for the brochure. Oyster presented three logo options for the Park Meadow development from which one was chosen. Oyster designed the full brochure and created a specification for the print of the brochure to include a luxury textured stock for the cover, debossing of the Bargate logo and foiling of the development branding.
