Microsite for the 2014 Get Stripey fundraising campaign

The brief

Oyster devised the creative for Seafarers UK new 'Get Stripey' fundraising campaign across posters, DM, welcome packs and promotional materials. The campaign invites people to dress in stripey clothes, bake stripey cakes or do anything else stripey. As part of an integrated solution Oyster were also asked to design and build a web solution that would stream social media and act as a sign-up and sales point for the campaign. 

The solution

The Get Stripey microsite is responsive and uses parallax elements to create movement and perspective in the images. It also picks up the #getstripey feed and embeds it in the site, fully controlled by Seafarers UK. The website was fun to design and build and has made a significant impact with sign-ups and response by far exceeding previous years.
